First Inventory was started in 2005 by successful HMO property investors Stephen and Janette Schwar. The business is privately owned and not a franchise. As established landlords we have become highly experienced in the landlord/tenant relationship and the issues that often arise with tenancies.
Over the years we have seen the many costly problems that are frequently caused by inaccurate and badly detailed inventory reports. Realising that many of our friends and business contacts had experienced similar problems, we identified a gap in the market for a premium inventory services provider.
We now provide a bespoke range of independent professional inventory services for letting agents, landlords and tenants.
